toMediaItem

A playable OGMediaItem for this download. Loading it plays from local storage — offline, without any license request for DRM'd content (the stored persistent license is used). Re-attach the original DrmConfig via OGMediaItem.Builder.setDrm only when the app wants automatic fallback to a streaming license (e.g. after offline-license expiry, while online).
