initialize

Applies global configuration. Call before the first manager call; when the infrastructure already exists (playback, or the download service restarted by the system, auto-initializes it with OGDownloadsConfig.DEFAULT whenever downloads exist on disk) the configuration is applied to the running infrastructure — the call never throws. Skipping it uses OGDownloadsConfig.DEFAULT.

Apps that use downloads should call this (or manager) during app startup, not just to configure but to control when the download infrastructure spins up: opening it includes indexing the download cache on disk, and deferring that to the first playback would pay the cost on the playback critical path instead (the SDK then initializes lazily — correct, but slower to first frame).
